Hi! My name is Kat and I just joined. I love to restrict my calories, I've been doing it on and off since primary school. I've recently made some real progress, actually breaking my emotional attachment to food, and so far dropped a pants size (11 to 9). I'm 5'9" and somewhere around 170. My dream weight is 142 (bmi of 21) and I hope to be there by December.
I don't have a lot of control, I use diet pills to kill my appetite and keep me awake. I love supportive communities because I love to give support and of course receive it too.
